Alix Goss and Leslie Amorós to Join Point-of-Care-Partners in Next Step of Collaborators Working to Advance Interoperability

Point-of-Care Partners (POCP), a leading health IT management consulting firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Alix Goss and Leslie Amorós to its team. Both are joining POCP from Imprado, where they worked on various projects with POCP since 2018 and 2019, respectively.

David Grinberg, owner and president of DynaVet Solutions and Imprado, will be taking a step back from the Imprado side of the business due to family and health reasons. During this time, he will continue to focus on DynaVet. Grinberg expressed his enthusiasm for Goss and Amorós joining POCP, saying, "It was important to me as I take a step back to know that these two extraordinary leaders could carry on their important work, and the industry could continue to benefit from their leadership and insight into some of the biggest challenges in the health technology and interoperability space."

POCP and Imprado have a long-standing relationship, and the consultants' move to join POCP is a natural progression that offers continuity of service for their clients and for the industry committees and thought leadership positions they hold.

Goss is joining POCP as a senior consultant and will continue her work on the HL7 Da Vinci Project in addition to advising the Pennsylvania Health Care Cost Containment Council. Goss will also continue her role as Chair of HL7's Policy Advisory Committee, building on her longstanding industry efforts such as her role as co-chair of the Standards Subcommittee of the National Committee on Vital and Health Statistics.

Amorós is joining as a senior communications/PR consultant and will continue to focus on communications and marketing services for HL7 Da Vinci and HL7 CodeX FHIR Accelerators, as well as consult with the Pennsylvania Health Insurance Exchange Authority on the commonwealth's online health coverage marketplace, provide Delaware Health Net with crisis communications training, and advise other POCP clients. Both Goss and Amorós will continue to support the Pennsylvania eHealth Partnership Program and its PA Patient & Provider Network, or P3N, and will be available to work on other POCP consulting projects. POCP provides market intelligence; business and product strategy; and program, product, and project management to a variety of different health IT stakeholders including payers, providers, pharmacies, technology companies, and the Federal government.

Tony Schueth, CEO of POCP, said, "We are thrilled to have Alix and Leslie join us. We've worked alongside them for years and have always thought of them as valued team members, so to have them join us in an official way is just really wonderful. We look forward to having them be part of the POCP family for years to come."
